Tolou Zayandeh Rood has been exclusively active in the field of hotel management software design, development, sales, and support under the Tolou brand since 2006 (1385 in the Iranian calendar).

Currently, various versions of this hotel management software are installed and in use at over 700 accommodation establishments (hotels, motels, and apartment hotels) across Iran, including the provinces of Isfahan, West Azerbaijan, East Azerbaijan, Ardabil, Gilan, Mazandaran, Khorasan, Sistan and Baluchestan, Hormozgan, Bushehr, Khuzestan, Fars, Yazd, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, Markazi, Lorestan, and Tehran.
